Andy Carothers

Chief Operating Officer — Les Mills

Andy Carothers is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Les Mills ON Demand, which provides group fitness and team training programs to fitness clubs around the world.

He also works as an independent consultant and provides strategy, partnership, and complex operations management expertise for organizations entering into new markets or adapting to new technology challenges in fitness, wearables, and wellness products. Prior to his current work, he spent years at Xbox and Nike+ leading operations and partnerships across four continents. His work focused on driving strategic alliances in technology and creating business growth through new products. During that time, he had the good fortune of building partnerships with some of the most notable companies and organizations in the world, including Apple, FIFA World Cup, Aston Martin, and Sesame Street.

Andy earned a bachelor's in Germanic Studies and Journalism from the IU College of Arts and Sciences, and an M.B.A. from Duke University. He currently lives in Seattle with his wife and twin boys and still watches as much basketball and soccer as possible.
