Andy Carothers is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Les Mills ON Demand, which provides group fitness and team training programs to fitness clubs around the world.

He also works as an independent consultant and provides strategy, partnership, and complex operations management expertise for organizations entering into new markets or adapting to new technology challenges in fitness, wearables, and wellness products. Andy earned a bachelor's in Germanic Studies and Journalism from the IU College of Arts and Sciences, and an M.B.A. from Duke University. He currently lives in Seattle with his wife and twin boys and still watches as much basketball and soccer as possible.
